Flourless Monster Cookies.

I stumbled across this recipe and almost died. Chocolate and peanut butter is by far one of my favorite combination of sweets in the world. Flourless? Even better! I can feed them to people with that gluten allergy. Cookies are fairly easy to make, and aren’t as temperamental as cakes, so I figured I’d give myself a well deserved break. Not to mention, it’s a different kind of cookie - I’ve already done chocolate chip cookies to death in the past few months, so a new recipe was due to be found.

I was really worried about the batter - it’s really lumpy and only just sticky enough to press together and stay. The oats were really the concerning part, the lumpiness is expected. At any rate, I was just afraid they wouldn’t really look like cookies at the end - but I’ll leave you to decide that.
